Creating innovative platform for employees of SEB

Introduction

SEB has a web-based framework project called Nexus that works with all internal application tones. The purpose of the project is to build common functions and support the various internal teams that work with various tools for employees such as advisors and other roles at the bank.

My role

I worked in Scrum with a team of developers, testers, UX designer and product owner. I regularly explained ideas and presented work to the team.

I took care of the design part of the platform: defined and visualised customer experience with personas, performed research, created conceptual sketches in Figma, turned them into interactive prototypes, tested and improved them with users.

Apart from UI design, I created logo for Nexus and vision animations.

Value

Using Dana's sketches and prototypes, developers were able to develop new valuable features for users

During the time in Nexus team I have been working on different features that will improve user experience such as: feedback form, user introduction, menu structure, search filtering and so on.
